CPU: Core2Duo CPU T7700 at 2.40GHz.
JVM: 
java version "1.6.0_10"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_10-b33)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 11.0-b15, mixed mode, sharing)

Back endserver:
  Apache TomCat, axis2 service at port 8181.

The argument I used for the client is: http://127.0.0.1:8181

I ran the code you provided with my machine and was not able to
reproduce the problem.  Could you try with the latest SVN snapshot?  I
think you are using an older revision.  Also, please let me know your
environment - O/S, CPU, and JVM version.
