BenchMark performance

I checked out the benchmark test and ran it on my laptop and got the
following results

Host: localhost, Message Size: 128, Connections: 5, Mode: SYNC
* Acceptance Throughput:        626 Con/s (7.982 ms)
* Read/Write Throughput:      0.575 MiB/s (0.056 s)

7ms a second does that sound about correct?
