It means it took 7.982 milliseconds to make 5 successful connection
attempts.  The number of connection attempts are too small, so the
throughput value printed is not very meaningful.

Also, the test mode is 'SYNC', which means it basically measures the
latency between the client and the server.  Thus, the throughput is
much lower than usually expected.
