Is there any plan to support ICAP in Netty?

The RSTP is already supported in Netty, what about ICAP?

Icap is kind of complex than Http or RSTP, cause Icap Message encapsulated
Http Messages (RFC 3507: Chapter 4.4 ), I am afraid the base classes:
HttpMessageDecoder/Encoder need to be refactored to support Icap.
