Is there any plan to support ICAP in Netty?

Hi Li,

If there's enough interest in the community, I'd like to consider.

Since you can always embed an HttpMessageEncoder/Decoder using
CodecEmbedder, you can encode/decode encapsulated HTTP messages fairly
easily.

Please let me know if you need more advice.
