XMPP / XML Frame Decoder

I searched the user guide, example and the forum for this.
Is there any implemented decoder for XMPP messages using Netty.
Mostly what I am looking for is a very efficent way to do XMPP using Netty
for server side, where the number of clients connected could be very high
(10's of thousand).
