XMPP / XML Frame Decoder

I too would be very interested in an XMPP codec.  I started on a simple XMPP
server just to play around with it a bit but didn't get too far.  If we had
a decent XML decoder on Netty, building an XMPP protocol handler on top of
that would be simple.
