About HighWaterMark and LowWaterMark

In other words, that is, how to prevent OutOfMemoryError caused by rapid data
writing(such as a dead cycle writing). When the messageQueue is too long,
the memory consumption would be very hign. Is there any method or mechanism
to control the writing ratio?
