[POLL] Upstream/Downstream vs. Inbound/Outbound

I don't use Netty often enough so I always have to read the
documentation to see which way is towards the socket.
With inbound/outbound one does not need to read the documentation and
one saves a little time so I'm all for a search and replace in the my
code.
