[POLL] Upstream/Downstream vs. Inbound/Outbound

I don't think the rename is necessary (you only need to learn
Upstream=Inbound - that's not too hard).

However, I also don't see anything against the rename. And if it helps new
devs to take up Netty, that's a plus.

So: I'm for the renaming.
