HttpRequest content is empty?

As far as I know (but I may be wrong):

PUT can be using Transfer-Encoding:chunked or Content-Length (exclusive one
of the other), but one is mandatory.

As far as I look on the web, I didn't find any implementation that will
allow to not have one of these information.
