Periodic TimerTask in netty

Seems not so good, boss & worker threads are used to do I/O job. The
bussiness concurrency is done by OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor. But
threads in it can not be accessed, so no way to use them. Hope netty can
support such thing, because not all kind server is absolutely
client-event-driven
