Periodic TimerTask in netty

Why netty should support this? Netty never meant to be the only library you
need to use in your application. There are many java libraries and classes
(including standard ones) for scheduling/thread pooling/etc. The choice of
the right one depends on what exactly you trying to achieve by scheduling.
And if you need multi-threaded access to some object, you must use
synchronization/locks/etc by yourself.
