[resteasy-dev] Documentation of migration

Hi,

I'm looking to upstream RESTEasy documentation 
<http://docs.jboss.org/resteasy/docs/3.0.19.Final/userguide/html_single/index.html#d4e2725>.

"Migration from older versions" chapter of this documentation describes 
migration from RESTEasy 3.0.0 to RESTEasy 3.0.9. But description about 
migration to next micro releases is missing. Last RESTEasy version of 
this minor is 3.0.19. Some default settings was changed, many classes 
was deprecated and users needs to know about it.

I create RESTEasy jira task for this documentation update: RESTEASY-1506

I set Alessio as assignee, but it canbe done by someone else...
