Tests:
* ITAutoRegisteredPushServletWithoutWarp
* ITPushFilterWithoutWarp
* ITPushServletMappingWithoutWarp

are not working on PhantomJS browser.

When you mark these test as {{@WarpTest}}, the Warp will complain, because it was not used/initialized, but the test will pass.
