[rules-dev] Guvnor 5.1 war file is now namedas drools-5.1.0-guvnor.war?

yeah zipping the war sometimes caused hassles for OS-X users (I know tripped
me up) so its a good thing to do this (but want to set the web context or
rename when deploying !).
