[rules-dev] Guvnor 5.1 war file is now namedasdrools-5.1.0-guvnor.war?

no I think it was more that OS-X finder would unzip the zip, and then unzip
the war, and you end up with a drools-guvnor directory... confuses people.

Distributing it as a war makes sense.
