[rules-dev] Trouble using constants to access Maps

The last one we tested for the drools 4 branch was MVEL 1.3.9:
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/labs/labs/jbossrules/branches/4.0.x/pom.xml
Update to it and give it a try.
