[rules-dev] eclipse editor for *.rf is broken

Juergen, Lucas,

Correct, the RuleFlow semantic module wasn't getting loaded. I fixed it
and committed it on trunk, so it should be working again (if you rebuild
or wait for the next successful build on hudson).
