[rules-dev] 5.4 beta 2 Will be released today, final call

Yes, I'm working on the failing tests. Doing my best to get them fixed before Beta2. I can't get anything to fail when testing with deployed Guvnor war so it is possible that the remaining test scenario tests are just broken tests.
