[rules-users] Decision table != syntax ...

Hi all,

I tried to use "not equal to" some sets in decision table but seem to have problems.
Does anyone happen to know what I did wrong in the following code?

meow:CatType( p:category -> ( p !="$1" &&  p !="$2" &&  p!="$3" ) )
