[rules-users] DSL Rules error : unable to expand

[vester_s]

I try to change the trailing spaces, but it still giving me the same error
messages. 
The other rules in that dsl is also using this format
[then]
   some word = some rules

there seems to be working fine for the others though.
Is there any other error possibility?
