I would include the "declarations" in a "technical asset" and update it from
your front-end gui.
This, in conjunction with a knowledge-agent to monitor resource changes in
guvnor. 
Remember that, while feasible for new sessions, it is quite dangerous to
modify declared types when there exist active sessions
