[rules-users] Tell me to RTFM

In order to invoke another RF file you use the "Reusable Sub-Process".
To select the process to invoke you specify a processId. This must match the processId defined for the process in the RF file. For this to work you obviously have to have loaded both RF files into the knowledge base.
