[rules-users] XML Rule Language.Please help

Maybe some of the core devs could shade some light here, but I think the
documentation is wrong when it states "All the features are available with
XML that are available to DRL.".
I think my advise would be: if you don't need to use xml for any special
reason, then don't use it. Use DRL format instead.
