[rules-users] How do I prevent the package registry from being null in my package builder?

Check if drools-flow-compiler-5.2.0.SNAPSHOT.jar or
jbpm-flow-builder-5.0-SNAPSHOT.jar is in your classpath. (or the jar with
the same function of a older release)
