[rules-users] Agenda-group ignored when set in decision table

I am a little confused; is this issue with guided decision tables in Guvnor
or with the XLS flavour?

I just tested with the guided dtable in origin\master @ github and the
source generated from "view source" correctly includes the agenda-group.
