[rules-users] Drools guvnor not reflecting the changes made to rules

Utkarsh, please do try to explain how your application consumes rules
authored in Guvnor so we can help.

If you are new to Drools I would recommend you read some of the
documentation (I suspect reading around KnowledgeAgent might be of use).

When you change rules in Guvnor, as Esteban states, they will need to be
re-compiled into a binary package that can be downloaded.

Guvnor itself will not need to be re-deployed.
