[rules-users] Drools 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT: .drl broken?

JIRA closed, because it turns out that Drools 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT now relies on
MVEL 2.1-SNAPSHOT.  I had 2.0.19 in the dependency tree.

Now I'm hitting another NullPointerException within the bowels of
drools-compiler; I'll file that JIRA shortly.
