[rules-users] Clustered Guvnor performance issue

Hi Prasanna,

Yes, this is a known limitation.

You can follow https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GUVNOR-1635 so you are aware
of when we have a fix.

It is an extensive change and I cannot give any estimates as to when it
will be fixed.
