[rules-users] Guvnor REST API - Add a drl file with several rules as one rule file

Hi,

I am may not have understand your question exactly but I guess this is what
you are looking for:

1) If you combine multiples files and upload a single DRL file using Guvnor
RESTAPI, then only one rule is created
2) If multiple files are uploaded using REST API individually, then multiple
files are created.
