[rules-users] Guvnor REST API - Add a drl file with several rules as one rule file

Almost true. Suppose, I have DRL file which contains several rules. The
contents of the file is read into a string and is sent using a single REST
API post method call.

I want all the contents to be written to a file in Guvnor instead of
creating several rule files, each of which contains a single rule.
