[rules-users] guvnor converting descision tables

Bizarrely if I do delete line  14 it will load albeit with a couple of
warnings.

Without line 14 it will NOT load through a normal load of a spreadsheet
through a drools knowledge base.

I'd like to keep the spreadsheet that can be loaded through drools knowledge
base or through guvnor if possible.  So can someone spot my probable
formatting error ?
