I felt like it is nice to be able to use the same syntax and move
between different rules engines (ignoring the complexities of
differences between engines). Having a shell to be able to "play" with
rules and get immediate feedback is also nice from a learning
(engineer) and also teaching (business analyst, stakeholder)
perspective. Mostly it is my personal preference.
