[rules-users] BRMS Build & Deploy

I can't remember in which version it was fixed, but "Build & Deploy" now
honours the <distributionManagement> section in a project's pom and
applicable server configuration in settings.xml

The fix was made March/April 2014 and hence will be in 6.1.0.CR1.
