We are testing/qa'ing for beta1 at the moment; you can use the nightly  
build updatesite at:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/3.0.0.Beta1

or get the zips at  
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/nightly/latest-3.0.0.Beta1-build.html

or you can get JBDS 2.0.0.beta1 full install nightly build from  
http://reports.qa.atl.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/nightly/latest-2.0.0.Beta1-build.html

They all have the same Seam related functionallity.
