[seam-dev] XML configuration

There was a lot of interest in the XML configuration/definition of beans at
JSFDays. It will definitely be a crown jewel of the Seam 3 "portfolio" ;)

I'll do a more complete post w/ feedback in general, but I just wanted to
mention that.
