[seam-dev] weld documentation translations?

At the title of Weld documentation, there is a list of translations, but I
can not find out where to download the translated version . So my questions:

1 How and where to download the translated Weld documentation, such as
Simplified Chinese version?
2 If there is not a translated version, how can I involved in the
translation team?
