[teiid-dev] Changes to test-integration project

The following changes will be occurring to the test-integration  
project as part of moving the JBDSP integration test to the open:

-	test-integration will have sub projects for organization.
-	the current tests will be moved to the "common" sub project
-	JBDSP tests will be moved to the "db" sub project


The first changes you will see (today) is the re-org of the current  
test to common.   Once that's been verified via hudson as building  
correctly (yes I test locally first), the  process for converting  
JBDSP tests will begin.
