[teiid-dev] Changes to test-integration project

The next set of changes have been committed for test-integration  
project.

-	common and db sub projects has been checked in
-	common will be run with the normal teiid nightly / continuous builds
-	to run the db integration tests, those will need to be manually run.


Currently, only a small set of db tests were checked in.    The  
initial check in was more
about getting the framework checked in.    Now the next step is to  
start converting the rest of
the JBEDSP tests and adding in the CTC.

To get started adding your tests  and/or running the tests, see the  
"howto" file.  It's a starting
point.
