[teiid-dev] 7.5 CR1

The decision has been made to proceed with CR1 and to not pick up additional features.  Trunk will become 7.6 today and a new JIRA target has been created for that work.  If 8.0 is ready on schedule, then we may not release 7.6 however.  As usual 7.5 fixes will need to be committed to the 7.5.x release branch.
