[webbeans-dev] Is @Named qualifier?

@Named is a qualifier in 330? That makes absolutely no sense. I think that
linkage should be severed.

In fact, JSR-330 @Qualifier says nothing about type safety and resolution at
all, so this is basically undefined afaik. So having a well defined
@BindingType again would imho be a good thing.
