[weld-dev] [TCK] adding serialization tests?

Hiya Mark,

I agree, we didn't do much complex testing of passivation requirements in the TCK (for whatever reason I did most of these tests in the Weld test suite). If you want to build some better tests, that would be great. Just make sure that each test clearly links to a spec assertion!
