When Decorating a Bean that @Observes a Generic Event the decorator is not called.

e.g:

ServiceImpl implements Service<Dog>
{
  public void on(@Observes Dog dog);
}

ServiceDecorator implements Service<Dog> 
{
  @Inject @Delegate
  private Service<Dog> service;
  ...
}
