[wildfly-dev] Change Default HTTPS Port for HTTP Management Interface

At the moment it is unused by default but the port suggested for HTTPS 
for the HTTP Management interface is 9443, where users are using 
multiples of 100 for port offsets they are hitting a conflict with 8443.

Any objections to changing this port to 9993 for WildFly 8?
