What is the time frame? When is the release date? And until when have pull requests for component 
upgrades to be submitted?

I would like to upgrade Hibernate Validator, but 5.1.0 is not ready yet. Depending on the time frame
I might be able to get it ready, otherwise I would consider creating a 5.0.3 to backport a potential 
memory leak.
