A new test has been added javaee7-samples test and is failing on WildFly
8.2. Can anybody take a look at this?

This adds a test to see if a logout from the web propagates to EJB, as it
should.
This fails on WildFly 8.2, but succeeds on GlassFish 4.0 and 4.1.
(note: this test has been tested)
