[windup-dev] Test projects in windup/windup repository

Hey All,

I think that we should move our sample-apps out of the windup repository
and into a separate one. These files confuse the build and clutter the
workspace (I usually end up deleting them.)

I recommend moving them into a separate repository. At the time when we
actually start using them, we can re-think where they should go if
necessary.

Currently we have:
   https://github.com/windup/windup/tree/master/sample-apps

One possible home is: https://github.com/windup/windup-java-ee-tests - the
advantage of this is that it will be consistent with where other samples
are being maintained as they come in from contributors working on real
projects.

Thoughts?
