[Hawkular-dev] Stronger typing of metrics

We will be providing stronger typing with the changes for pre-computed aggregate metrics. We will be supporting gauges and counters and possibly other types as well. This will be reflected in the REST API. The changes were discussed quite a bit in the meeting that Stefan held on Monday.
