[jbpm-dev] Spring Loggers and Persistence Environment Configurations

Hi Devs,
I just want to share with you all that a community member sent a couple of
pull request providing support for Session Loggers and Environment
configurations:

I've already review and merge these two pull requests because in my opinion
they are a very good starting points for those topics.
I'm not an Advanced Spring user, so if anyone with knowledge about spring
has time to take a look at those pull request and find that something
can be improved, please contact me.

I'm pretty happy with the new support for configuring the Environment
Object which allows us to declaratively configure the Marshalling
Strategies for our objects
inside our sessions.
